Our website does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking tools. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and is kept only for a short period.

- Add you to our waitlist and notify you when the app goes live.

- Understand our audience (such as which cities and user types are interested) to improve the product.

When you submit our form, your details are sent by email to the KickR team inbox, where we keep our waitlist. We also send you a confirmation email, and later news and updates about the app.
To do this, we rely on the following service providers, who act as data processors on our behalf under their own privacy terms and appropriate data protection safeguards:
- Vercel, which hosts our website.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- Google (Gmail), which hosts our team email inbox where your details are kept.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States. In that case, your data is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your information until the app launches and for as long as you want to receive updates from us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
